Effective advocacy is the culmination of hard work, dedication, passion, and commitment. At Franks & Richardson our clients are our passion. We will advocate, we will fight, and we will not relent until we have achieved goals that work for the benefit and betterment of our clients. Our mission at The Law Firm of Franks & Richardson is to create and foster civility in the judicial system such that clients, rather than billable hours, are the center of our practice. Through our legal work and philanthropic endeavors, we seek to change our community by promoting equal access and fair representation to anyone whom may ever need it.
Franks & Richardson believes that you should not ever have to miss work, lose pay, and become overwhelmed with the legal process. That is why The Firm will come to you! We will meet with you on your lunch break, before work, after work, and on weekends. Coming from middle class families Franks & Richardson firmly believes that everyone should have equal access to the court system and should not have to rearrange your schedule and your life to meet with an attorney or counselor at law.
Our Firm clings close to the ideology of ‘Beyond Reproach’. All of our activities, engagements, pleadings, appearances in court are all subject to this rigid moral code. This code embodies the morality of our firm and reinforces the zealous advocacy that our Firm promises to each client. Our clients often become extended family. Birthday invitations, well wishes, baked good, and frequent calls remind everyone at our Firm that our Clients are the reason we chose the profession of the Law.
The Law is the last great equalizer of society. With a zealous advocate, counselor, and attorney Franks & Richardson every citizen of the State of Tennessee can and will have equal access to justice rather than merely the vested interest of the wealthy few.
All Attorneys in our Firm hold a Doctorate in Jurisprudence and frequently counsel clients about matters that are pressing and important to their families, investments, and estate planning decisions.
Franks & Richardson has proven success in zealously advocating for and counseling our clients.
